This course provides you with an introduction to leadership theory and practice. The material covered will provide you with a good understanding of selected aspects of leadership and help you to become a more effective leader in the workplace. The course provides both theoretical knowledge and practical tools and techniques that you can start to use. Each module has questions to help encourage your personal reflection and professional development.



This course will take you approximately 7 hours to complete. A learner who explores the material in more depth will take approximately 8 hours and a learner who skims the course content will take 3 hours.
